A. Cancellation of any transaction or item purchased can be made only by:
1. Written notice from the customer
2. Email from customer to: Service@hazorfim.co.il
3. Fax: 972.8.9186644 or 800.551.8068
B. Return shipping is paid for by the customer
C. If the item has been used (which will be determined by Hazorfim or a third party chosen by Hazorfim)
D. Not damaged. (Which will be determined by Hazorfim or a third party chosen by Hazorfim)
E. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from the total amount paid
F. Product returns should be sent to the customer service department of Hazorfim, using insured registered mail, to the following address:

G. Products can also be returned by the customer with a receipt and proper identification, to any one of Hazorfim’s retail stores in Israel. For store listings Click Here.
A. All refunds are subject to inspection by Hazorfim representative or a third party chosen by Hazorfim.
B. Refunds can take up to 3 business days to appear in your account.
C. All refunds are reimbursed to your credit card. When paid with a Paypal account Hazorfim will refund your Paypal account only.
D. Refunds will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Therefore, the refund will appear on your statement in full minus the 10% restocking fee.
*All costs of returning items will be incurred by the customer (shipping, taxes, insurance, etc.)
