Not completely satisfied with your purchase? Simply return it within 14 days of delivery and get your money back.

 

Returns:

Cancellation of any transaction or item purchased online can be made only with written notice from the customer within 14 days of delivery.

Items can be returned if unused or unaltered and must be accompanied by the original packaging to one of our warehouses after notifying Hazorfim.

.An item bought at a 45% discount or more or outlet items can be returned for exchange only and up to 14 days from the delivery date

Product returns should be sent to the customer service department of Hazorfim, using insured registered mail, to one of the following addresses:

We cannot accept any returns or exchanges on any engraved, custom, final sale (outlet items) or special items.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from the total amount paid

Preparing Your Return

 

To return a shipped item to Hazorfim, please follow these steps.

Indicate the reason for your return by emailing Hazorfim@hazorfim.co.il

Pack your return securely, in the original package, and include your invoice.

Ship your package insured for the full purchase price.

·        Send your tracking number to our email address so that we can know when to expect your package.

 

Hazorfim isn't responsible for merchandise that's not received or not returned in accordance with these terms.

 

 

Refunds:

An email will be sent to confirm receipt of your package. Refunds are in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.

  All returns will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team before we can process a refund.

 We'll credit your original payment method, excluding delivery charges, within three weeks of receiving your return

  Refunds and cancellations may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

  *All costs of returning items will be incurred by the customer (shipping, taxes, insurance, etc.)

Any returns caused by failure or rejection of the customer/recipient to pay out duties and customs fees will be subject 

to deduction of all return and restocking fees

Return the item using the directions above. Once received we will send you a coupon for your total refund that you can use towards your purchase.

A. All refunds are subject to inspection by a Hazorfim representative or a third party chosen by Hazorfim.
B. Refunds can take up to 3 business days to appear in your account.
C. All refunds are reimbursed to your credit card. When paid with a Paypal account Hazorfim will refund your Paypal account only.
D. Refunds will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Therefore, the refund will appear on your statement in full minus the 10% restocking fee.
