Not completely satisfied with your purchase? Simply return it within 14 days of delivery and get your money back.

 

Returns & Cancellations Policy

 

Cancellations
You may cancel any online order by notifying us in writing within 14 days of delivery. Please email us at Hazorfim@hazorfim.co.il to initiate the cancellation process.

 

Returns

  • Eligible Items: Items must be unused, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made, pre-order, engraved, final sale, and outlet items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Discounted Items: Items purchased at a 45% discount or more, or from the outlet, are eligible for exchange only within 14 days of delivery.

 

Restocking Fee
A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. This fee covers return shipping, handling, transaction fees, and credit card fees associated with processing your return.

 

How to Return an Item

  1. Notify Us: Email Hazorfim@hazorfim.co.il with the reason for your return.

  2. Pack It Securely: Pack the item in its original packaging and include your invoice.

  3. Ship via Insured Mail: Send the item using insured, registered mail to one of the following addresses:

Refunds
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within three weeks. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your credit card company.

 

Exchanges

  • Discounted/Outlet Items: Items purchased at a 45% discount or more are eligible for exchange only. Contact us to check availability before returning.
