“A cedar in the Lebannon with beautiful branches” (Ezekiel 31:3)
It all began here. Jews from all over the world come to the Hazorfim workshop in Hevel Modi’in- the location where the Hasmonean rebellion broke out. They come here to choose the piece which will light up their window; a hanukiah from the House of Hazorfim- available in dozens of styles and sizes, each elegant and handmade from the finest sterling silver. The Arco Berko Hanukiah is adorned with intricate decorations that emerge from the base, imitating wooden branches and leaves, built on elegant silver roots. The branches are sculpted to mimic natural wooden branches and shaped in the style of a traditional hanukiahs, representing the chain of generations that passes through the Jewish people, from family to family and from Jew to Jew. With the Arco Berko Hanukiah, we celebrate the mitzvah and illuminate the hearts of all family members.
The Arco Collection is inspired by the form of the tree, rooted in the ground and standing tall. The resulting pieces are constructed on bases of firm, well-established arches which rise up to form a collection of superior silverware. Each piece is adorned with delicate and intricate decorations styled on the leaves of a tree.
Hazorfim’s skilled silver artists patiently hand-sculpt the body of each piece and the decorations which adorn it; an exact process demanding skill and attention to the smallest of details. The time dedicated to each piece in the Arco Collection symbolizes the effort and thought devoted to nurturing and strengthening the family unit- honoring the mitzvot and reminding us of the importance of strong family roots.
